Twila May Marshall

Twila May Marshall, Feb. 27, 1924 - Nov. 3, 2011, of Vilonia, Ark., preceded in death by her husband, CK Marshall, and her son, William (Bill) Kyzer. She is survived by a son: Floyd Marshall (Royia), of Carlisle, Ark., and a daughter, Linda Strickland (Tommy), of Meridian, Miss. Her grandchildren include LeAnne Wooten (Jay), Ryan Marshall (Shannon), all of Beebe, Ark., Tammy Hicks (Prentiss), Connie Agent, Tommy D. Strickland (Melissa), all of Meridian, Miss., and Jennifer Lauren Carmody (Justin), of Little Rock, Ark. Her great grandchildren include Jaylee, Marshall, Connor, AnnaBelle, and Rylie, of Beebe, Ark., Tanner, Christopher, Harley, and Kennedy, of Meridian, Miss., Rachel, Leah, and Erica, of Little Rock, Ark. Twila has always been very active in the lives of her children and their families. She has worked with both the boy and girl scout organizations. She was given a lifetime membership in the Sylvan Hills PTA. She was a longtime member of Gravel Ridge Baptist Church and a charter member of Runyan Baptist Chapel. After moving to Vilonia, she became a member of Friendship Baptist Church and was employed at the Vilonia Elementary School until her retirement. The families ask in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the Friendship Baptist Church, 767 Rocky Point Road, Conway, Ark., 72032. Visitation will be Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2011, from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m., at Roller McNutt Funeral Home in Conway, Ark., and funeral services will be at Friendship Baptist Church in Vilonia Wednesday at 10:30 a.m., with burial to follow at Crestlawn Memorial Park.
