Iva Durbin

Iva Jean Jackson Durbin, 81, of Morrilton passed away on Dec. 30, 2011.She was born Jan. 2, 1930, to Carl and Fatha West Jackson, and is preceded in death by her husband, Henry Durbin. Survivors include her son, David (Maribeth) Durbin of Atkins, grandson Phil Merriott of North Little Rock, sister Carlene (B.L.) Chambliss of Greenbrier, brother Carroll (Nadine) Jackson of Morrilton, and her special friend Ashley Schluterman of Russellville who was like a daughter to her. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2012, at Harris Chapel, Morrilton with Rev. Dwight Scott officiating. Burial will be at Elmwood Cemetery by Harris Funeral Home. Visitation will be 6–8 p.m. Monday, Jan. 2, 2012, at the funeral home.
