Shelba J. Miller

Shelba J. Miller, 73, of Mayflower passed away, Thursday, Dec. 29, 2011. Born in Sugar Grove, Ark., she was a daughter to the late Richard Cecil and Sybil (Pettitt) Hise. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister, who love to quilt, sew, knit and crochet. She was a member of Little Rock West Assembly of God Church. Shelba graduated from England High School and worked in food service for the Little Rock School District. She was also preceded in death by two infant sons, Richard Allen Miller and Allen Arthur Miller Jr. Survivors include her husband, Allen A. Miller of Mayflower, children, Stuart Miller and wife Trisha of Mayflower, Sheri Balderree and husband Jeff of Vacaville, Calif. and Susan Ellin and husband George of Bradenton, Fla.; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; a brother, Jim Hise and wife Sue; sisters: Shirley Fulmer and husband Bob, Mildred Biren and husband Glen, Kay Hendrix and husband Al and Zephyr Hise and partner Lynn and a host of extended family and friends.
