Clemens T. Hartman, 73, of Morrilton, went home to his heavenly father on Dec. 31, 2011. He was born Oct. 18, 1938 in St. Vincent, Ark., the son of the late Theodore and Josie Sponer Hartman. He was a U.S. Air Force Vietnam veteran, retired from U.S. Army Corp of Engineers and Air National Guard, and a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Morrilton. On Feb. 24, 1962 he wed the love of his life and best friend, his loving wife of 49 years, Delores DeSalvo Hartman of Morrilton; he is also survived by two sons Mark and wife Theresa Hartman of New Dixie, and David Hartman of Morrilton; one grandson Lance Hartman of New Dixie; four dear sisters Louise Hoelzeman (late Fred) of Morrilton, Verena Moix (late Clyde) of Conway, Rose Burgener (Sam) and Emma Burgener (Ed) all of St. Vincent. He will be missed by his numerous nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 4, 2012 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Morrilton with Fr. T.J. Hart, Fr. Charles Thessing and Abbot Jerome Kodell, OSB officiating. Burial will be at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton. The family will receive friends beginning at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 3, followed by the rosary at 7 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
