Ruby Lea Miller

Ruby Lea Miller 75, of Clinton, Ark., formerly of Daleville, Ala., passed away suddenly Tuesday Dec. 27, 2011 at Austin, Texas. She was born Oct. 31, 1936 at Clinton, Ark., to the late Leon and Ruby Mae (Reed) Hill. Ruby loved her family and her lord. She enjoyed being a military wife and traveled extensively throughout the world. She had visited all 50 states. Ruby grew beautiful flowers, especially roses and african violets. In her later years Ruby took up oil painting, and painted beautiful pictures for all her family members. She was also a faithful fan of the Clinton Yellow Jackets. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Frank H. Miller, and one grand-daughter Abigail Miller. She is survived by her three children, Debi and Norm Corbett of Daleville, Ala.; Kathy and James Dutton of Austin, Texas; and Frank and Carol Miller of Gainesville, Mo.; five grandchildren, Tracy Corbett, Bryan Dutton, Amanda and Dean Rainey, Grace Miller, and Joshua Miller, four sisters, Jean and Sonny Lybarger, Sue and Jerrell Spradlin, Ann and John Hastings, and Phyllis and Ted Darlings, brother-in-law and sister-in-law John and Wilma Miller, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. Pallbearers: Bryan Dutton, Joshua Miller, Dean Rainey, Shon Hastings, Collin Bonds, John William Hastings, Todd Spradlin, and Kyle Human. Honorary Pallbearer: Frank Hartsock. Visitation will be 9 a.m., and funeral service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2012 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home Chapel Clinton, Ark. Burial will follow at Quattlebaum Cemetery - Bee Branch, Ark.
