Charles Lee Reiter "Grandad," 61 of Greenbrier, went to be with his Creator and Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ on Monday January 2, 2012.  Charlie was born on October 16, 1950 to Joseph and Anna (Staats) Reiter. He was the first born to his brothers, Bill, Joe Jr. and sister Darlana. Charlie married the love of his life and spent the last 42 years with Marilyn (Rainwater) Reiter on September 13, 1969. Throughout their marriage they were not afraid to try new adventures. They spent several years with the Gold Wing Motorcycle Club, golfing, and most recently hunting, fishing and spending time at their fifth wheel on the Little Red River. Their marriage was blessed three daughters, Lori, Heather and Sarah. Charlie has spent the last 7 years working for Southwestern Energy (SWN) as a Desoto Field Completion Manager.  He was recently awarded the Presidents Bottom Line Impact Award with SWN in October 2011. He was a man of few words that spoke in volumes.  Charlie was an avid hunter and fisherman and would do anything to be outdoors. He will be dearly missed by his many co-workers, family and friends. He is survived by his loving wife Marilyn, mother, Anna, brothers Bill (Myra) Reiter, Joe Jr. (Linda) Reiter, daughters Lori (Brian) Armstrong of Conway, Arkansas, Heather (Ty) Elkin of Billings, MT and Sarah (Robert) Meaders of  Center Ridge, Arkansas.  Grandad will be missed by all 11 grandchildren  Kyle and Brett Preston, Haylea and Tate Elkin, Adrianna, Mikaela, Adam, Alex Parrett, Chris, Rachael and Emily Meaders and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Charlie is preceded in death by his father Joseph Reiter, sister Darlana Gollahon, aunt L'Dean Wildey, uncle C.H. Staats, uncle Roy Staats, grandparents Luther and Verna Staats and Fred and Oneda Reiter.  Visitation will be Thursday, January 5 from 6-8 p.m. at Roller McNutt in Conway 801 8th Ave., Conway, Arkansas 72032. Funeral Services are being held Friday January 6, 2012 at 10 a.m. at Morrilton First Assembly of God Church, 1102 Clifton Ave., Morrilton, Arkansas 72110.
