Langdon Robert Jones

Langdon Robert Jones of North Little Rock, Ark., died December 22, 2011. He was born November 18, 1940, in Kennett, Mo. Langdon was a fourth generation attorney and an avid bridge player. He was a silver life master. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Henry Jones and Evelyn Jones, as well as one son, Quintin Jones. Langdon was survived by three children, Langdon III, Lillith, and Andrea; and his ex-spouse Esther Ruth Jones. He left three siblings, Mike Jones and Lauranne Jones Wood, of Florida, and Patricia Jones Yankouski, of Georgia. After cremation, a service will be held in Kennett, Mo.; an additional celebration memorial service will be held at the Little Rock Bridge House on January 17, 2012, at 12:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wolfe Street Center in Little Rock or the Little Rock Bridge House.
