Alma Joyce Anderson

Alma Joyce Anderson, age 78, of Little Rock, Ark. died suddenly Thursday, Jan. 12, 2012. She was born on Nov. 5, 1933 in Crockett, Ark. She had a rich lifetime of music and family. She is preceded in death by her father, Henry Haywood and mother, Izalia Haywood, four brothers and four sisters. She is survived by her husband, Norman Anderson of Little Rock; three daughters, Brenda Watson of Plano, Ill., Dojelo (Dosy) Potter of Bryant, Ark., and Norma Jean Burton of North Little Rock, Ark.; sons, Travis Anderson of Austin, Texas; David Anderson of Little Rock, Ark.; eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, three sisters and three brothers. Funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 16 at South Highland Baptist Church with Reverend Larry Ballard officiating.
