Julie Burroughs Hicks

Mrs. Julie Burroughs Hicks, age 39, of Clinton, Arkansas passed away Sunday, January 15, 2012 in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was born August 9, 1972 in Conway, Arkansas to Ricky and Linda (Meaders) Burroughs. She was the eldest child of 4, worked at Western Sizzlin in Clinton for over 20 years, and was a member of the Choctaw Baptist Church. She is survived by her parents; son: Joey Hicks; daughter: Tiffanie Hicks; 2 sisters: Rita Barnes and her husband Tim and Danielle Kennedy and her husband Robert; brother: Chris Burroughs; four nieces: Alyssa McKnight, Lily Ann Barnes, Evangeline Barnes, and Savannah Kennedy, and grandfathers: Edward Meaders and Lester Burroughs. She was preceded in death by grandmothers: Wilma Meaders and Nadine Blizzard. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m., Monday, January 16, 2012, at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Clinton. Funeral Services will be 10 a.m., Tuesday, January 17, 2012, at Clinton First Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Culpepper Cemetery. Arrangements are by Roller-McNutt Funeral Home.
