Willis McNeal Jr., 60, passed Jan 11 at his residence. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Jan. 21, at 2 p.m. at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church in Brinkley, Ark. Interment will be held in Pilgrim Rest Cemetery in Wheatley, Ark. Arrangements entrusted to McNeal Calahan Funeral Home of Brinkley.
