Joyce Fay Harmon Smith, 65, of Paragould, Ark., passed away Thursday, Jan. 19, 2012. A memorial visitation will begin Sunday, Jan. 22, 2012 at 2 p.m. with a memorial service at 3 p.m. in the Hoggard & Sons Chapel. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
