Waymon Prince, 85, of Bismarck, died April 29, 2012. He was born February 3, 1927, in New DeRoche, Arkansas to Will and Cora Prince. He was an active member of Prairie Bayou Church of Christ in New DeRoche. Waymon was retired from Reynolds Aluminum. He was a member of Buckhorn Hunting Club, Donaldson Masonic Lodge, Central Arkansas Telephone Cooperation Board and past member of Bismarck School Board. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife Virginia Prince; parents; sister, Mary Francis Prince; and brother, J.T. Prince (Jean). Survived by two sons, Wendell Prince of Bismarck and Weldon Prince (Bennie) of Hot Springs; brother, Eldridge Prince (Claudine) of Hot Springs; sisters, Daphne Southerland (Herman) and Delories Cansler (Jackie) of Bismarck; grandson, Dustin Prince (Kristi) of Monticello; granddaughters, Kim Prince of Bryant, Brittany Matlock (Dustin) of Missouri, and Casey Shivers of Colorado; sister-in-law, Kathryn Shufffield (James) of Bryant; four great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and many nieces and nephews. Pallbearers, David Cansler, Dewayne Cansler, Brian Hinds, Dustin Prince, Bill Southerland and Ronnie McGuire. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 2nd at 2 p.m. at Prairie Bayou Church of Christ with Neal Matlock officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday, May 1st from 6-8 p.m. at Regency in Malvern.
