Margie Royster, 58, of Jacksonville, Arkansas died April 27, 2012. She was born November 6, 1953 in Hollandale, Mississippi to the late Earl and Rosa Vallery. She was the third of ten children. She attended Simmons High School and was a graduate of the Class of 1972. She accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church in Estill, Mississippi under the leadership of the late Reverend Jenkins. Margie completed Culinary School in London England and spent most of her career in food services. She was employed with Denny's and Little Caesars' in Jacksonville, Arkansas where she was awarded manager of the year among other accolades. Margie married her high school sweetheart Haril Royster, from this marriage the conceived three children. Margie was preceded in death by both of her parents, Earl and Rosa Vallery; her sister, Julia Wilson; and her late husband, Charles Henry Labron. She leaves to cherish her memory three daughters: Leshon (Calvin) Mack of Andrews AFB MD; Denise Royster of Jacksonville, Arkansas; LaWanda Royster of Fort Lauderdale, Florida; four sisters: Lula Bell of Delta City, Mississippi; Vivian (Willie Lee) Winston, Angela (Cleo) Brockman and Daisy (Rufus) Stanfford of Hollandale, Mississippi; four brothers; L.T. Vallery, James Vallery, Earl (Dorothy) Vallery and Leon (Roslyn) Vallery all of Hollandale, Mississippi; four grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews; and a special friend Lee Smith. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m., Friday, May 4, 2012 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Saturday, May 4, 2012 at St. Luke Baptist Church in North Little Rock with Pastor L.T. Vallery officiating.
