Carolyn Anniece Miller, 66, went home to be with her Lord Jesus Christ on May 2, 2012. Carolyn was born in Searcy, Arkansas on August 30th, 1945. She was well known for her beautiful, sweet smile that brought warmth to all who knew her. Carolyn's love for life and her husband of 48 years was one of her many distinctive hallmarks. Along with being a caring and compassionate mother and grandmother, Carolyn's life was marked by her unshakable faith and trust in her personal Savior. Carolyn was preceded in death by her father, James Chester Gassaway; her mother, Monnie Cynthia Gassaway; and her sister, Wanda Taylor. She is survived by her husband, Billy Doyle Miller; her daughter and son-in-law, Teresa and Ky Harrod; her daughter and son-in-law, Julie and Chris Hynes; and six grandchildren, Joshua, Drew, Tyler, Ben and Rachel Harrod; and Calvin Hynes. A visitation will be held Friday, May 4, 2012 at Roller-Chenal Funeral Home, (501) 224-8300 from 6 until 8 p.m. Services will be held at Little Rock's First Baptist Church on Saturday, May 5th at 10 a.m. with Committal services held at 2:30 p.m. at White County Memorial Cemetery in Searcy, Arkansas.
