Carol Ann Vandergrift Holland

Carol Ann Vandegrift Holland 69 of Benton passed away on May 12, 2012 with her family by her side. She was born on July 27, 1942 to Thomas "Pappy" and Mary "Floogie" Vandegrift. Carol fought a very brave and courageous battle with cancer. She is preceded in death by her parents and one son, Thomas Holland. Carol is survived by her loving children, Annette (Neal) Williams, Anita (Rusty) Sturch, Billy (Patti) Holland (Tony) and Jennifer Holland; former husband and friend, Bill Holland; sisters, Lynn (Jerry) Hutto, Joyce (Danny) Smith and Betty (John) Webb; one brother, Richard (Dickey) Vandegrift (Mae); grandchildren, Brad and Drew Wiedower, Justin Sturch, Bill, Bethany, Brittni, Bailey and Brooks Holland; great-grandchildren, Adrianna and Gavin Wiedower, Kaylyn and Jax Sturch and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Celebration of life will be Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home. Visitation will be Tuesday, May 15, 2012 from 6–8 p.m.at the funeral home.
