Jeffrey Woods

Jeffrey Woods, 53, of Searcy, born June 18, 1958 in St. Louis, Mo. to Haskell and Elizabeth Woods, passed away on Sunday, May 13, 2012. He was an elder at Cloverdale Church of Christ in Searcy and served as a Youth and Family Minister for 19 years in Arkansas, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Missouri. He was employed by Families, Inc. as a Mental Health Therapist, and was also an independent business owner through LIFE. He was preceded in death by his brother, James Woods of Evergreen, Colo. Jeffrey is survived by his wife, Gloria Allen Woods of Jerusalem, Ark., and his parents, Haskell and Elizabeth Woods of St. Louis, Mo. He is also survived by his children, Jessica "Emma" (Mark) Fitzgerald of St. Louis, Mo., Jonathan Woods, of Dallas, Texas, Hannah Woods of St. Louis, Mo., David Woods of Searcy, and a foster daughter, Cyndi Harris Anderson of Morrilton; two sisters, Barbara (Steve) Sutton of St. Louis and Nancy (Ken) Stokes of Oklahoma City; and two grandchildren, Izaiah Fitzgerald and DeAndre Thompson; and an infinite number of friends. Visitation will be from 4-9 p.m. on Thursday, May 17, 2012 at Cloverdale Church of Christ. Memorial Service will be at 9 a.m. on Saturday, May 19, 2012, at Downtown Church of Christ in Searcy.
