Margie Helen Etien

Marguerite (Margie) Helen Etien, age 91, of Benton, passed away Wednesday, May 23, 2012. She was born February 26, 1921 in St. Clair, Pennsylvania. Mrs. Etien retired after 25 years of being a R.N. at St. Vincents, member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church and OLF Alter Society. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Marguerite Agnes Dodds; husband, Robert Adrian Etien, Sr. and two sisters, Joan Liddle and Mildred Lambert. She is survived by her son, Robert (Bob) Adrian Etien Jr. of Bella Vista, Arkansas; three daughters, Shirley Anne Radtke, Marguerite (Margie) Laura Rodriguez and Kathryn (Kitty) Marie Scott all of Benton; brother, George Dodds of Orwigsburg, Pennsylvania; fifteen grandchildren and eight and a half great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Bob Etien III, Tom Radtke Jr.,Christopher Rodriguez, Trey Scott III, Heath Powell, Robert Post, Matt Jamison, Steven Carrow and Alex Brandon. Honorary pallbearers will be Carson Powell and Harrison Carrow. Rosary services will be 6 to 7 p.m., Friday, May 25 at Ashby Funeral Home with visitation to follow from 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Saturday, May 26 at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church with burial at Pine Crest Memorial Park.
