Charles Eugene Parker Jr., 63, of Monticello, passed away Sunday, May 27, 2012 at the Woods Nursing & Rehab in Monticello. He was born April 15, 1949 in Warren, Arkansas. He was a retired truck driver and a member of Northside Baptist Church in Monticello. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Eugene Parker Sr. Survivors include three daughters, Charlotte Langley and husband, Brad of New Boston, Texas, Tierra Stewart and husband, Randy and Melissa Lloyd and husband, Randy, both of Monticello; his mother, Margaret Parker of Monticello; two brothers, Jesse Parker and John Parker, both of Monticello; three sisters, Theresa Snuffer and Linda Thurman, both of Monticello and Mary Parker of Tucson, Ariz.; five grandchildren, Stephanie and Sydnie Stewart, Ashley White, Alyssa Lloyd and Jonathon Ellis and three great-grandchildren. Memorial service will be 10 a.m., Thursday at Stephenson-Dearman Chapel, burial in Prosperity Cemetery, Cleveland County at 3 p.m. Arrangements by Stephenson-Dearman.
