Mrs. Helen Mitchell-Lewis, 62 of Fayetteville, died Tuesday, April 2. Survivors include four daughters, four grandchildren, four sisters and two brothers. Services are Sunday, April 7, 2013 at 2 p.m. at Central Community Baptist Church, 402 Annex Street, Lake Village, Ark.
