Harold Herbert Humble

Harold Herbert Humble, 92, of Memphis, Tenn., passed away peacefully on Friday, April 5, 2013, at St. Francis Hospital after a brief illness. Mr. Humble was a member of White Station Church of Christ and a WW II U.S. Army Veteran. He retired from the V.A. Hospital as an X-ray Technician and was also a Real Estate Broker for many years. He was a member of the Free Masons and the Scottish Rite. Mr. Humble was a devoted husband, a loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 68 years, Mary Ida Lewis Humble and his precious son, Harold David Humble. Mr. Humble is survived by his two daughters, Anne H. Chase and husband Gary of Moscow, Tenn. and Kay H. Walker and husband David of Memphis, Tenn.; three grandchildren, Amanda Chase, Jonathan Walker and wife Christina, and Jeffrey Walker; and two great-grandchildren, Kadien Lippard and Taylor Bradshaw. The visitation will be Tuesday, April 9, 2013 in the chapel at White Station Church of Christ from 10 a.m. until the service time at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Bassett Cemetery in Bassett, Ark.
