Lynn Craft Simpson of Knoxville went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 10, 2013. Lynn was a member of West End Church of Christ. She loved to travel and enjoyed her beach home in Florida. Lynn was a former member of Knoxville Akima Club. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with her five grandchildren and an abundance of loving friends. Lynn owned and operated "The Personal Touch" in Homberg Place until her retirement. She was preceded in death by her parents, David L. Craft and Melba Coffey Craft of North Little Rock, Arkansas. Lynn is survived by her husband of 39 years, James (Jim) Simpson; children, Mary Katharine Simpson Randall, Patricia Lynn Simpson Shuler and husband Lamar all of Knoxville; grandchildren, Katelyn Adele Randall of West Palm Beach, Fla., Taylor Madison Randall and Mary Alex Randall, Trey Shuler and Bailey Nikol Shuler all of Knoxville; loving cousin "sister", Sharon Sutton and husband Larry of Costa Mesa, CA; her adopted family Nick, Alison, Nikita & Lily Pandelos of Daytona Beach, Fla. and longtime loving friends, Carolyn Ford, Mili and Richard Bass; special companion, Bogie. The family will receive friends from 4 until 5:45 p.m. on Saturday, April 13th at West End Church of Christ followed by a Celebration of Life at 6 p.m. with Mr. Wayne Miller officiating. Private graveside services will be held at Pleasant Forest Cemetery.
