P. J. Ellis

P.J. ELLIS, 93, of Little Rock, passed away Thursday, April 11, 2013. He was born May 5, 1919 in DeAnn, Ark., to Burton and Molly Ellis. He was preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Lyda M. Ellis. Ellis was an electrician, a mason and shriner, and member of Baseline Missionary Baptist Church. He is survived by three sons, Paul Ellis and J.D. Ellis of Little Rock and Brent Ellis of Perryville; five grandchildren, Christina Ellis Wilson of Chicago, Brent Allen Ellis of Perryville, Eldon Ellis of Little Rock, Jennifer Ellis of Perryville, and Matthew Ellis of Little Rock; and five great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Wednesday, April 17, at 10 a.m. at Griffin Leggett Healey & Roth with burial following at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
