Sheila Kay Farley

SHEILA KAY FARLEY, 52, of Little Rock, passed from this life Friday, April 12, 2013 at her residence. She was born August 14, 1960 in Newport, Ark. to the late Marvin Lee Mason and Doris Majors Klotz who survives. Sheila was a vibrant, youthful soul and a wonderful person who loved and lived life to its fullest. Her career centered around law enforcement, beginning as a deputy with the Pulaski County Sheriff's office, she served as a bailiff, and lastly, she was Chief Probation Officer for the City of Little Rock. One of her hobbies included working with bees, and she was Vice-President of the Arkansas Bee Keepers Association. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by one brother, Jackie Lynn Mason. She is survived by her loving husband of 35 years, Dale Farley; two sons, Alexander and Aaron Farley; one brother, Richard Lee Mason; three sisters, Caroline Bryant, Marlene Kelley, and Cindy Ball; as well as a host of relatives and friends. Family and friends may visit 6-8 p.m. Monday, April 15 at Crystal Hill Baptist Church, 18823 Crystal Valley Road, Little Rock, Ark. 72210. Funeral services will be conducted 10 a.m. Tuesday also at Crystal Hill Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Fakes Cemetery in McCrory, Ark. under the direction of Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home.
