Luther Carter

Luther Carter Sr., 71, of Cabot was born March 6, 1942 in Rocky Mount, N.C. and passed away on Saturday, April 13, 2013. He is preceded in death by his parents; three brothers and three sisters as well as one granddaughter, Danielle Wyckoff. He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife of 51 years, Pat and his children, Luther Carter Jr. (Cynthia) of Lincoln, Mo., and Tina Eller of Cabot, Ark.; one sister, Pat Hardy of North Carolina; two grandchildren, Jennifer Coppedge and Jeffery Carter, both of North Carolina and three great-grandchildren. Mr. Carter was a Christian and devoted family man who spent his life caring for his family. He enjoyed fishing and cruising around to look at old cars. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 15, 2013 from 7-9 p.m. followed by a funeral service on Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at 2 p.m. at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Funeral Home in North Little Rock, 7724 Landers Road. www.griffinleggettresthills.com.
