Donald Ray Forte, 61, departed this life to his heavenly home on April 15, 2013. He's survived by children: Antonio, Darrell, Donald Jr., Angelo Smith, Rashonda Bradley, Takisha Kelsey and Sharon Smith; siblings: Horace Curtis, Stanley, Elston, Vincent, Ronald, Constance Robinson and Diane Forte; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; a host of relatives.
