GLORIA BLANCHARD, 68, departed this life on Friday April 26, 2013. She leaves to cherish her memory four loving and devoted children, two sons, Jefferson and Demetris (Cassandra) Blanchard; two daughters, Michelle Ford-Lamar (Lee) and Andrea Blanchard and a special loving and devoted friend, Arthur Gray.
