Frances Lett Scales

Frances Lett Scales, age 72, of North Little Rock, peacefully joined the Lord on May 23, 2013. A celebration of her life will be Saturday, August 3, at 1 p.m., at Lynch View Baptist Church. Interment was in Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock.
