RANDELL TEMPLETON, 72, died Aug. 8, 2013, in Little Rock, Ark. He was born on June 2, 1941 to Wardner Keith and Melba Larey Templeton in Fouke, Ark. He married Anna Gerrald on June 14, 1963 in Rodessa, La., and celebrated his 50th wedding anniversary with her this summer. Randell was an attorney who, after retirement, took up the clarinet and played in the North Little Rock Community Band. He loved reading, cooking, Cajun music and telling tall tales. His parents and brother, Rayford Templeton, preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife, Anna Templeton; son, Keith Templeton of Howe, Texas; daughter, Leslie Templeton (Dr. Robert Jarvis) of Little Rock, Ark.; and two grandsons, Conrad and Hugh Jarvis. He is also survived by his sisters, Margie Attaway (Hubert) of Fouke, Ark., Verla Chambers of Texarkana, Ark., and Nelda Harvin (Tommy) of Texarkana, Texas; his brother, Ronnie Templeton of Texarkana, Ark.; and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Aug. 17 at 11 a.m. at Geyer Springs United Methodist Church, with visitation beginning at 10.
