Thomas Henry Smart of Pollard, Ark. died Aug. 9, 2013 at St. Bernard's Hospital in Jonesboro, Ark. Services are 2 p.m. Aug. 11, 2013 at Hoggard and Son's Chapel. Burial is at Mitchell Cemetery in Greenway, Ark. Hoggard and Sons Funeral Home of Piggott is in charge of arrangements.
