Birtha Ella Owns

Birtha Ella Owns of Little Rock, Ark. went to be with her Lord August 9, 2013. Her life began on July 18, 1921. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Tony Thompson, four brothers, Leo William, Steve, Amos and Roy Thompson, sister, Ermalee Daniels. She leaves to cherish her memories one sister, Luella Mack of Conway, Ark. three daughters; Rosetta Ashmore, Deloice (Quincy) Carruth of Little Rock; Carolyn Ashmore of St. Louis, Mo.; four sons; Charles (Betty) Ashmore Little Rock, Ark., Thomas Ashmore, Plano, Texas, John L. (Carolyn) Ashmore San, Antonio, Texas; 12 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Family hour will be Friday August 16, 2013 from 6 til 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Celebration of life will be Saturday August 17, 11 a.m. at Church of the Living God CW, 15018 Hwy. 365 South, Wrightsville. Services entrusted to Premier Funeral Home, 1518 S.
