Billy E. Webb

BILLY E. WEBB, 83, of Little Rock, passed away Aug. 15, 2013. He was born in Nashville, Ark., to David Carman Webb and Johnnie Elizabeth Stringer Webb. He was a member of First Baptist Church. He served as an FBI agent for 32 years. Preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Vallie Webb, he is survived by his sons, Billy Webb (Bethany) of Roanoke, Va. and Allen Webb (Jackie) of Sheridan; his daughters, Sheila Pilcher of Little Rock, Denice Martin of Boulder, Colo. and Kelly Webb of Little Rock; brothers, Robert Webb of Illinois, Joe Webb (Sherri) of Texas and David Webb (Sheila) of Arkansas; sister, Lou Johnson (Sox) of Texas; 16 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Services will be held on Thursday, Aug. 22 at 1 p.m. at First Baptist Church, 62 Pleasant Valley Drive, officiated by Rev. Ken Jerome.
