Billy Ray Howard, 56, of Little Rock, passed away Saturday, August 17, 2013. He leaves to cherish his memory; wife, Roseanne (Kim) Howard; daughter, Shannon Howard; mother, Ruby Howard; siblings, Arthur Jr., Roger (Linda) and Curtis Ray Howard, Diane Hooks (Tyrone), Sarah Howard, Barbara Woodard (Gene), Ruby Smith, Carolyn Howard (Norman), Donna Mc Cain (Eddie) and Linda Washington Tucker; special friends, Ron & Fran Loftin. Funeral services will be held tomorrow, 11 a.m. at Greater Second Baptist Church, 5616 Geyer Springs Road. The family will receive friends today from 6-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
