Billie James Baxter

Billie James Baxter, 80, of Hot Springs, born February 14, 1933, passed away August 19, 2013. He was preceded in death by his son, Nicholas Baxter. Billie is survived by his children, Kimberly (George) Glass, Tommy Baxter, Jay Baxter, and Andy Baxter; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother, Robert Baxter; cousin, E.J. and Lorene Watkins and family.
