Gloria Jean Bryant

Gloria Bryant, age 66, of Hermitage, Ark passed away on August 22, 2013 at her residence. She was born on December 18, 1946 to her parents, Richard L. and Arzona W. Howard Bryant. Mrs. Bryant was a zookeeper for the Crossland Zoo and had also worked for Safeway in Ruston, La. for 26 years. She was a member of Egypt Missionary Baptist Church. Survivors include three nephews, Scott Ray, Larry Tay Gibson, Richard Joseph Jimmerson; two nieces, Miki Colvin and Robyn Haliburton; three sisters, Corrine Elizabeth Gibson of Dubach, La., Mary Ann Ray of Hermitage, Ark and Lisa Marie Bryant of Ruston, La. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, August 24, 2013 at Egypt Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Buddy Boykin officiating. Interment will follow at Egypt Cemetery under the direction of Jones Funeral Home of Crossett, Ark. (www.jonesservice.com).
