James H. Clinton

JAMES H. CLINTON, age 88, of Little Rock, Ark., passed away Friday, Aug. 23, 2013. James was originally from New Britain, Conn. He was retired from Aetna Insurance Company after 39 years of service. He also worked for TeleCable in Plano, Texas. James was a member of St. Theresa's Catholic Church in Little Rock. He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Edith Clinton, and his wife, Virginia J. Campbell Clinton. He was a loving husband and father and a dedicated Dallas Cowboy fan. He is survived by his five daughters, Carole C. Faulkner (Randy), Jane M. Clark (Danny), Ginny A Wright (Johnny), Judith E. Slaughter (Bruce) all of Little Rock, and Cynthia Griffin (Nick) of Frisco Texas; nine grandchildren, Dawn Mahler, Ricky Mahler, Lindsey Hutson, Lauren Harris, Brandy Griffin, Britney Griffin, Cayla Thomas, Joshua Clark, and Vanessa Wright; two great-grandchildren, Taylor Horton, and Tyler Mahler and one great-grandchild on the way, baby Harris. Visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 27, 2013 at Roller-Drummond Funeral Home, 10900 I-30, Little Rock, Ark. (501) 455-5800.
