Kathy Bolding Gibson, 80, a resident of Yellville passed away Friday, Nov. 29, 2013, at her residence. She was born May 10, 1933, in Cartney to the late Hubert and Clara (Wheat) Bolding. She married Alfred Earl Gibson 58 years ago in Little Rock. Kathy worked in customer service at Clark's in Texas and Ames in New York. She was a member of the Hopewell Baptist Church in Mountain Home. Kathy was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Betty Brown. Survivors include her husband, Al Gibson of the home; a son and daughter-in-law, Bruce and Phyllis Gibson of Yellville; a daughter and son-in-law, Mitzi and David Denny of Duluth, Ga.; six grandchildren, Benjamin, Phoebe, Emily and Erin Gibson and Dustyn and Mason Denny; nine great grandchildren; numerous cousins and other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 30, 2013, at Conner-Hankins Funeral Home. The funeral will follow at 2 p.m., Saturday at the Conner-Hankins Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Louis Stephens officiating. Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery near Buford under the direction of Conner-Hankins Funeral Home.
