Irene Combs

Irene Combs 94, of Little Rock, Arkansas passed from a series of heart attacks with complications. She is the youngest of six children blessed by the union of Nicholas and Drucilla Bailey of Arkansas City, Desha County, Ark. She is also the last family member of the Original Mound Builders of South Eastern Arkansas. She moved to this city in the mid 1940's. Her loving survivors are: one daughter, Chris Eatmon and a host of relatives and loved ones. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Dec. 7, 2013, 1 p.m., at St. Mark Baptist Church, 5722 W. 12th Street, LR.
