Carl Taylor

CARL TAYLOR, 54, of Jacksonville died Friday, Dec. 13, 2013. He was born Oct. 13, 1959 to Erna May Reed Taylor and the late Estle Elvin Taylor. Mr. Taylor was a member of the Cabot Apostolic Church, where he taught the Adult Sunday School class, and worked as a machinist and supervisor for AGL Corporation for 33 years. He loved to fish, play music with his father and spend time with his family and church. Mr. Taylor is survived by his wife, Judy White Taylor; sons, Todd Taylor and wife, Ashley, of Sherwood and Austin Taylor of Jacksonville; a brother, Kevin Taylor and a sister, Gayle Pipkin, both of Austin, as well as his granddaughter, Aubrey Taylor. Mr. Taylor will be greatly missed by all who knew him. The family would like to thank Arkansas Hospice and Des Arc Nursing and Rehabilitation for their wonderful care. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2013 at the Cabot Apostolic Church with Pastor D.C. Moody and Reverend Tom LaFave officiating. Burial will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery under the direction of Moore's Cabot Funeral Home (501) 843-5816. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
