Jerry Phipps, 72, of Egypt died Friday. Survivors include his niece, Andrea Phipps; great-nieces, Shanley Trammell, Alexa Jacobs, Jazmine Trammell; great-nephew, Kai Jacobs; special aunts, Ruth Vaughn, and Barbara Phipps; and cousin, Junior Taylor.
