Marcus Anthony Israel, 23, of Jacksonville, passed away Thursday, December 12, 2013. He leaves to cherish his memory; father, Marcelino Israel; siblings, Antonio Roy, Tonia and Victoria Israel, and a host of other relatives and friends.
