Robert Charles "Jaybird" Oliver, (July 20, 1952 to Nov. 28, 2013). He is preceded in death by his mother, Aretha Oliver. He leaves to mourn two children, Angel Bonds (Leroy Flowers) and Christopher Oliver, three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; five brothers; eight sisters; and a host of relatives and friends. Memorial services will be held Saturday, Dec. 21st, at Lily of the Valley Church Ministries on 12th and Thayer, Little Rock, at 11 a.m.
