Ralph Gene Winter Sr.,81 of Cabot, died Thursday, December 19, 2013. Ralph was born October 8, 1932 in Hughes, Ark. to the late Lewis and Mamie (Hollowell) Winter. He is survived by sons, Ralph Gene Winter Jr. and wife Monique and Clifton Lewis Winter; grandchildren, William Bivins, Christopher Bivins, and Travis Bivins; and 10 great-grandchildren.
