Clifford Eugene "Gene" Nance

Clifford Eugene "Gene" Nance, 86, of Little Rock, died Sunday, December 29, 2013. A veteran of World War II, and retired from Coleman Dairy as Ice Cream Supervisor. Born to Adam and Daisy Nance, April 4, 1927, in Delta, Mo. Preceded in death by his parents, brothers Leon and Cletus, and sisters Virge Nance and Marge Roberts. He is survived by Shirley Nance (Melton) his wife for 65 years; daughter Sharon Riemenschneider and son-in-law, Jerry of Benton, Ark., daughter Debra Stone-Hornback and son-in-law, Mark of Bella Vista, Ark.; brother James Nance of Cape Girardeau, Mo.; six grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at Griffin & Leggett Healey & Roth on Friday, January 3, at 9:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander.
