Harry Stallins age 79 of Hot Springs died January 30, 2013. Survivors: brothers, Henry Stallins and Floyd (Joyce) Stallins; a special niece and nephew, Margaret (Sherman) Perkins and Richard (Linda) Moore and extended family.
