Charles Edward Hall

Charles Edward Hall, 64, of North Little Rock, Ark., passed away Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2013. He was born August 24, 1948 in Little Rock, Ark. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gladys Cook Hall and Joseph L. Hall; and a brother, Joseph L. Hall. He attended school at Scipio A. Jones High School in North Little Rock and was retired from the City of Little Rock. He is survived by his wife, Stella Goodman Hall; four stepchildren, Travis Minor, Tammy Blevins (Kirk), Felecia Minor and Sherry Beckton; three brothers, Richard E. Hall, Marvin Wilbert and Michael Wilbert; three sisters, Shirley Ann Watson, Patricia Rasul and Erma Jean Williams (Oliver); five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one uncle, Dr. William S. Hall and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and other loved ones. Funeral services Saturday, Feb. 9 at 11 a.m. at Bethel AME Church, 600 N. Cedar Street, North Little Rock.
