Kenneth Earle Parker, 49, of Little Rock departed this life February 11, 2013. He leaves to cherish his memory, parents, Earlene and Charles Scott; loving wife Shirley Battles; son, Kingston (Desiree)Parker; two step-daughters; four grandchildren, two brothers, six sisters, god-sister and other family and friends. Visitation will be Friday, February 15, 2013 from 5 til 8 p.m. and funeral services will be Saturday, February 16, 2013 2 p.m. both to be held at the funeral home.
