Mr. William C. Lambert 70, of Prescott, Arkansas died Tuesday, February 12, 2013 in Prescott. The family of Mr. Lambert will be holding a memorial service Sunday, February 17, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. in the Morris Baptist Church of Prescott.
