Helen Delores Abdin

Helen Delores Abdin, age 73, of Jacksonville, went to be with her Lord on Sunday, February 17, 2013. She was born November 12, 1939 in Ringgold, Georgia to the late John Henry Roberson and Winnie Mae Roberson. She was owner and operator of Abdin Jewelry Store in Jacksonville. She was preceded in death by her husband Mike Abdin and a brother Roy Roberson. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She is survived by her daughters, Sonya Moore and her husband Sean, Carmen Proctor and her husband Jim, grandchildren; Alexander and Matthew Moore, and Chloe Proctor, siblings; Jo Johnson, Waldine Childers, Sara Campbell, Winston Roberson, Jerry Roberson, and Peggy Roberson. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday, February 22, 2013 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Park.
