Ann V. Imbeau, Morrilton, Arkansas, 87, passed away comfortably at her daughter's home in Hiram, Ga. on Tuesday February 19, 2013. She was born February 23, 1925 in Forrest City, Ark. to George Washington Frost and Bertha Smith Frost. Ann retired after a career as a waitress at various Little Rock restaurants including the Marion Hotel and many years at Brownings Mexican Restaurant. She was a witty and funny lady who was very good and caring for her customers, many who dined with for years. Her wit was with her and was enjoyed daily by those lucky enough to be in her company. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wayman Woodrow Imbeau, in 1996 after 47 years of marriage; and brothers George Roland Frost and James Brooks Frost; and sisters Agnes Allene Davis and Freddie Fern Clark, Gladys Estelle Smith. She is survived by two sons, Randy Dennis Imbeau (Nancy) and Terry Wayne Imbeau; two daughters, Debbie Ann Imbeau Routt and (Allen), and Barbie Rae Imbeau Sattler (Mike) and daughter in law Dr. Marcia Imbeau; six grandchildren Aaron Imbeau, Anna Imbeau, Alex Routt (Anna), Leslie Sattler, Michael Sattler (Renee), and Kevin Sattler; and two great-grandchildren Samson Routt, Sadie Jo Routt; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Friday February 22, 2013 at 1 p.m. at the Harris Funeral Home in Morrilton, Ark. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. at the Harris Funeral Home in Morrilton, Ark. with the Dr. Bill Brown officiating. Private burial will be in the Little Rock National Cemetery.
