Margarette McGhee

Margarette McGhee, 85, of Hot Springs died Tuesday February 19, 2013. She was born February 16, 1928, in Casa, Arkansas, to the late Jackson and Zada Carolyn (George) Johnson. Margarette was an elementary school teacher for 41 years. She remembered all of her students by keeping a scrapbook of their accomplishments. She also enjoyed playing the piano. Margarette is preceded in death by her husband, James McGhee. Survivors include daughter, Janis Rucker and husband Todd of Hot Springs and grandchildren, Graham Rucker and wife Emily of Russellville and Hannah Rucker of Hot Springs. Visitation will be from noon to 1 p.m. Saturday. Service will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. James Passman and Brother Lynn Baxter officiating.
